4 Months

Ellie,
You have grown so much this month and we swear you just keep changing and getting bigger by the day. You are the calmest most relaxed baby and you are willing to give smiles to anyone. It seems like you have been in our lives forever and we couldn't be more in love with you. Thank you for loving us and for choosing us to be your parents. We love you little girl.

Some things you are doing this month:

• Still loving bath time especially now that you have figured out how to splash.
• Great at sleeping and you have started going to sleep on your own again.
• Found your feet and think they are pretty funny.
• Loves to touch faces and stare at people.
• Try to mimic the noises we are making.
• Tried solids for the first time. Bananas. You LOVED them.
• Love sucking your thumb.

Stats at four month appointment:

• Head 17 (90th)
• Height 23 inches (90th)
• Weight 14 lbs 12 ounces (90th)

Even though you are 90th for everything the doctor said you should weigh more for how tall you are. She called you skinny. We laughed cause you are our little chub ball.
