I loved watching General Conference this year. It seemed that the messages were mostly about marriage, temples, forgivness and service which are all great things. I especially loved Quentin L. Cook's talk in the Saturday morning session and Richard G. Scotts talk in the Sunday afternoon session.
My favorite thing in Elder Cook's talk was how he told others not to judge mothers that work instead of staying at home because you don't know their circumstances or their situations. This talk made me feel so good. AE and I have prayed a lot about our decision for me to work next year. I will continue teaching and we feel really good about this decision. We have many reasons why and I feel good about the future babysitter we have set up. I have been feeling guilty (mostly because of comments people make) and this helped to reasure me on our decision.
Richard G. Scotts talk was so sweet and even brought tears to my eyes. The way he talked about his sweet wife and family were so cute. It made me appreciate AE even more and the relationship we have. I am so excited to see AE as a dad and I am so glad I get to spend eternity with him. When you get the chance read or listen to his talk.
General conference was much needed and I am so glad I took the time to watch all four sessions.

I totally thought of you during Cook's talk. Whether it be the mother working, or other issues, no one is to judge. No one knows your individual circumstances. I loved his talk too! :)
I thought of you too! It doesn't matter what anyone else says or thinks. I grew up with a working mom and I pretty much think she is amazing! You are going to be such a cute little mommy :)
